House Share - Kennington (OX1)

I am a live-in landlord seeking considerate, independent and professional *female lodgers* for a quiet residential house in Kennington, Oxford (OX1). The property is in a peaceful residential area while being very close to central Oxford, with street parking available.

The house offers a calm, respectful living environment and is ideally suited to professionals or students.

The Property
- 3 spacious rooms available (from Feb 2026)
- 2 rooms will be *furnished* (unfurnished can be discussed)
- Currently being redecorated, including new carpets (for this reason pictures have not been posted)
- Shared bathroom and living room with a fully fitted kitchen
- Kitchen includes appliances and cookware available (you are welcome to bring your own - cupboard space available if needed).
- Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves.

Bills Included
- Council tax
- Water
- Broadband
- Gas & electricity included up to £180 per month (any excess split equally).

Rent
- If furnishing not required in any of the two rooms which are to be furnished, please let me know and the weekly rent amount may be adjusted.

Additional Options
- Towels, pillows, sheets and duvet available at an additional cost.

Live in Landlord
I am a working professional—clean, peaceful and respectful of others’ space and I am looking for lodgers who hold the same values.

House Rules
- No smoking
- No alcohol, drugs or house parties
- No overnight guests
- No pets

Tenancy Details
- Minimum stay: 3 months
- Monthly rolling contract thereafter
- References required
- Remote video viewings available for those living abroad
