The House has gas central heating with a newly fitted boiler, and it is fully insured.

It is a safe and pleasant area to live in. Ideal to commute to Oxford city centre or Abingdon.
Bus (35) takes 15 min to Oxford city centre or Abingdon centre.

Literally across the street is the bus stop, Chinese takeaway, Indian sit-in restaurant, hairdresser with beauty salon and laundrette.
The house is well positioned with close access to Oxford south roundabout, A34, Abingdon Road Park & Ride and only 4 minutes from Radley train station.

Cycling is an optional alternative and there are great routes (recently renewed) around the river Thames. Stunning Sanford lock is just 3 min away with access to little more and the Cowley centre. Temple Cowley shopping centre is only 19 min. away and Bagley wood only 5-10 min walk.
