Friendly professional housemates, lovely little dog, big beautiful garden complete with laying hens with eggs up for grabs.

There is shared use of the well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, dinning and sitting room with a real log fire.
Bills are inclusive and there is broadband available.

If you have a car then there is free and convenient roadside parking ( soon to be off road parking) and for a bicycle, storage in the bicycle shed.
We are within 5 mins of bus stops with City Bus 35 and frequent services to Oxford (15 mins) and Abingdon (20 mins). Easy access on the A34 to Harwell, Abingdon, Didcot and to the North, Kidlington, Woodstock and Bicester
There is a lovely cycle path along the river Thames to Oxford and Sustrans to Didcot.

The Local Co-op is around the corner, as is the Library, post office and pub. This room would suit a professional person (non-smoker).
