The house itself is in a quiet neighbourhood, has a large living room, garden and locked garage/ drive way parking.

In terms of location, it is on the Oxford side of Kennington and is a 15 minute cycle or less than 10 minute drive from Oxford city centre , station. Additionally, it is very close to the 35 bus route (which is about 5 minutes walk away from the house), with frequent bus service.

For commuting examples, the Oxford Science Park, Oxford Business Park or BMW plant are less than a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute cycle from the house. For commuting further, the house is less than a 5 minute drive from the A34, which gives it easy access to Abingdon, Didcot, Biscester etc.

Ideally, this house would suit a DPhil/ PhD student/ professional looking for a quiet location with easy access to Oxford University or a professional person looking for a central commuting location.
