We have a spacious double bedroom available to rent in Kennington - available from July. The room, which is a loft conversion, has been updated with a built-in wardrobe and storage cupboard. We have furnished the room with a comfortable Double Bed, bedside tables, sofa and dressing table/desk. Our home is a 4 bedroom modern house. We are currently updating the shared areas of the house including work on the bathroom. There is shared use of an open plan kitchen, dinner and a family bathroom which has a shower over the bath. You will have access to Wi-Fi and a t. v. is available in the room. There are also laundry facilities and a dishwasher. You will have use of our lovely garden and access to street parking outside the property. The communal areas of the house will also be cleaned professionally once a week. The room would be ideal for commuters to Oxford, Abingdon or Didcot as there are excellent links to Abingdon, Oxford and beyond via. the A34 and an excellent bus service to Oxford (<15 mins) and Abingdon.
We are a young professional family and we have a lovely 8 year old son. We also have a labradoodle and cat (all well trained). We also have some interesting small insect pets too.
