Large Double Room With Private Shower Room

I've a large double bedroom with a private shower room. The room is set in a large detached house, with beautiful gardens. In addition there's a large open plan kitchen diner, & additional lounge available.

The house is quiet, but friendly and socialable. With kitchen, lounge and kitchen & garden access.

I've 2 small (non yappy!) dogs who are friendly, who only have kitchen and garden access.

£300 per week (minimum stay) or £1000 per month

Monday - Friday considered

The room is available till end of March

Near bus stop.
I'd prefer someone who is out working part of the week. (I'm only here part of the week)
I'd prefer someone who is socialable but can respect people's privacy to, equally don't want someone where it feel like a stranger in the house!
