Bright Single with Garden View

Bright single bedroom with a garden view available in a house of young professionals.
We are looking for someone clean, tidy, reliable, and friendly. We all spend a lot of time together at home and we would like to meet you if you think you could fit in in our home!
We are all smokers, but we never smoke in the house.
The bills are about £100 pcm depending on the time of the year, the broadband IS included in these bills.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and 1 fridge.
We have a cat : Iris <3
The room is furnished with a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and curtains. The room has been repainted to the darker blue last year (lockdown project!), the older photo is to show what it looks like without all the furniture.
