Ox Living has 1 double room with a private en-suite bathroom in a newly refurbished 7-bed house-share in Kidlington.

THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has been refurbished to a high standard and all rooms have en-suites. You will have use of a stunning kitchen with two fridge freezers, two sink and cooking stations, a microwave and plenty of cupboard space. All crockery and cooking equipment is included and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living! There is also a utility room in the hallway where you will have free use of a washing machine and dryer and a living room with multiple seating, a TV and a dining table. You will also have use of the living room where there is a sofa and TV. There is parking available on the driveway for 4 cars as well as extra on-street parking and further parking on the next street.

All rooms are new and come fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, lounge chair and a desk and chair. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

LOCATION 📍
The property is in Kidlington and positioned down a quiet cul-de-sac on Orchard Way. There is a recreation ground within walking distance where you can go for a walk, as well as a Co-op a short walk away. There is also a Tesco Metro a short drive away. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes walk away with buses into Oxford. Bicester can also be accessed by car within 15 minutes.
