Room to rent

We would like to let out our 4-bed, semi-detached house to home sharers. The house is still our beloved home and the only reason we want to let it is we must move somewhere closer to my daughter’s school. I am sure you can imagine that the house is maintained perfectly to feel a real home for our family and visitors.
Here is the list of available rooms:
A double room with ensuite shower room and separate heating system.
Two double rooms.
One single room.

Bus stop is literally located next to the house with frequent buses to Oxford Town Centre, Parkway and Headington Hospitals. Recreation area is just on the opposite of the road and local amenities are by just 5 min walk. Supermarket and high street shops are only by 15 min pleasant walk through a foot path.

I would also offer a monthly cleaning service for the share area.
