Room for a lodger in a friendly house

A comfortably-sized room in a peaceful and tidy house. The room is furnished and gets a lovely view of the twilight. The shared spaces include a large kitchen and living room area, two bathrooms with one shower, and a big garden that leans a little towards the wild side (please come and help us eat the blackberries!).
All bills (council tax, utility and wi-fi) are included.

Currently in the house are two professionals - we maintain a friendly energy around the house but are also very respectful of each others' need for space and quiet. We hold shared responsibility for keeping the communal areas clean and tidy.

The room would suit a lodger who is a quiet, responsible professional or mature postgrad. If you would enjoy having dinner together or playing board games from time to time, that would be a nice bonus!

Location:
The house is on a well-lit residential street that gets a moderate amount of foot traffic in the evenings. We are 5 min (walking) away from a Coop cornershop, 10 min from Kidlington high street (with shops/banks/library) and 15 min from the large Sainsbury’s.

We are close to a gym/swimming pool (just around the corner from the house) and there are many walking/running routes nearby through fields and woods which we are happy to share with you.

Transport:
There is driveway parking in front of the house and the bus to get into Oxford city centre stops either just opposite, or round the corner from the house.
The train from Oxford Parkway (a 10min cycle ride) into Oxford city centre takes ~8 minutes.
