Description
It's a Live-in Landlord house. The landlord is a very sweet couple and respects tenants privacy.

The hobbit house (ensuite) is in the back garden so you'll get your privacy. The tenants kitchen is separate and you can share it with two others.

- 1 min walk to bus stop which is just outside the house and very convenient to travel to Oxford centre.

- 2 min walk to co-op stays open Mon to Sun 7am-10pm

- 5min to Oxford Parkway station via bus.

-If you have car there is a parking space.

A few details to know about the house:
No indoor smoking.
Laundry twice a week.

If you like to view the viewing timings are 6 pm to 9 pm.

Young student couples may be acceptable after face to face meeting and with different different rent.

£1000 pcm  (double/En suite)
