Large double bedroom in Kidlington,April2025

I have a large double bedroom available for a single person, from early April (no couples pls) for at least end of August So no short term1-2months . The tenancy can be extended for as long as you wish then.
This is an organized shared house and I am searching for a like -minded person to join us. A quiet, clean, and considerate person with no overnight guests pls. This is one of the most quiet and respectful shared houses one can find out.
The room is a sunny and warm master bedroom (the largest room in ordinary 3-bedroom houses), fully furnished and the rent covers all the bills, tax, and broadband.
It could be a short (4 months) or long-term tenancy for the right person.
I have been active as a host family for some international students, so this can be an option if you are searching for a bit of more support like preparing food and doing the laundry, etc,…
