Single Room to rent in Kidlington -from 01/08/2024

We currently have a single room which will become available from the 1st of August in a 3 bedroom house.

The bedroom has a single bed with a mattress and a wardrobe not in the picture.

We are also hoping to be able to paint the bedroom before you move in.

There will be a big fridge in the kitchen for you and space in the kitchen unit for you to store your dishes, food and etc.

There is only one bathroom, with a shower and bathtub which we keep clean.

We like a quiet environment and we keep the house clean and tidy.

The cleaning duties is shared amongst all of us so you would be expected to help.

There is one parking space available or on street parking.

The house has a big garden and the dining area is share but not the living room.

We all work and enjoy piece and quiet.
