Single room to rent in shared house in Kidlington

I currently have a single room to let in a shared house in Kidlington, available at the start of June. (My housemate leaves on 31st May).

There are currently two other sharers (1 girl, 1 guy).

The room comes furnished (single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, etc. The price includes all the usual bills, including fibre broadband, but not telephone.

There is a large shared bathroom, separate WC, plus the usual shared kitchen, with all the usual facilities, plus dining room. There is also a nice garden at the back which you would be welcome to use.

Technically I don't have any pets, but I do have a cat that visits quite a lot... just so you are aware of that, in case cats are a problem.

These days it tends to be quite a quiet house. My other housemate and I work most days from early in the morning, but I think we're pretty easy going sorts. If you may be interested and have any questions or would like to come and take a look, please let me know.
