Double bedroom in central Kidlington available for professional or student. There are excellent links to Oxford City Centre via Summertown. There is a bus stop the (2A/2) about 2 seconds walk from the house.

The room comes furnished with a built-in wardrobe which gives more space to the bedroom. Brand new standard-sized double bed and new mattress with duvet and two pillows. One set of bedding comes with the room, if needed.

Shared bathroom (shower/bath, toilet and sink), living room and kitchen downstairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and toaster, all of which will be shared. There is cupboard and fridge space for sharing, and I have crockery, cups and cooking utensils including pans and pots which I would be happy to share.

I have recently purchased this house (mid-terrace) and so the living room is not quite fully furnished and the sofa and dining table hasn't arrived yet, but will be coming beginning of October.

The living room has a set of double doors which looks out to a small garden and shed. The shed is waterproof and secure so can be used for storing bicycles.

There is also free parking outside the house, for two cars, one of which will be mine, the second space is for whomever rents the room, if needed.

I am looking for a friendly, tidy person, who is happy to have a chat but also likes their own space. I work Monday to Friday, and occasionally work from home, so would be looking for someone who fits in with my lifestyle.

I also love nature, travelling, and walking & hiking. I have lived in Oxford for many years and after finally buying my own home, I am looking for a lodger to rent the spare double room.
