The house has had the roof replaced with a 10.2 kW solar array in 2023 and solar battery storage installed, which generates much of the electricity for the house. Together with recycling, secure bike storage and a tree planted for every new tenant this is a real eco-house! We look forward to sharing how we are driving down the carbon impact of this property with you. We would love a tenant who has a passion for this!

Close to Kidlington Centre, Begbroke, Yarnton and Woodstock. Easy commute by bus into Oxford.
5 minutes from bus stop, easy access to train (Oxford Parkway – direct trains to London Marylebone). Great local pubs, restaurants, shops and sports centre.
