A large double bedroom is available to rent from 13.04.2026 in a quiet and well-maintained house.

The rooms and part of the house were renovated in 2022, and in 2025 two brand new bathrooms and an extension were added. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. The bathrooms are shared between tenants, and this room shares a bathroom with only one other tenant.

Bills are included in the rent, except for the TV licence. If you require a TV licence, it must be arranged and paid for individually.

There is a cleaning rota in the house. Each tenant is responsible for cleaning according to the schedule approximately once every 4 weeks. Bathrooms are cleaned by the tenants who use them, typically every 2 weeks depending on use.

The house is quiet, peaceful, and very clean, so it is not suitable for people who enjoy loud environments or parties. Mutual respect between tenants is very important and strongly observed.

The room is located on the ground floor.
