I have two large double rooms available in my newly renovated house in Kidlington, Oxford available now.

The property is a large 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house - It’s very spacious with lots of natural light. I am currently living there and intend to rent 2 rooms only, so in total there will be 3 housemates, so plenty of room and not an overcrowded house.

You will have use of a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and a huge garden ready for enjoying in the summer. Off-street parking is also available.

The rooms are large and fully furnished containing: double/king size beds, bed-side table, desk, office-chair, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Both rooms are similar size, but different in shape. They are marked as bedroom 2 & 3 in the floorplan in the images section.

Downstairs we have all brand new appliances: a large American Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and 55” TV.

The location of the property is ideal for connections into
Oxford City Centre: Bus stop right outside the house that gets you into the city in ~15 mins.
- Oxford Parkway Station: A 15-minute walk or short bus ride away for direct trains to London Marylebone (60 mins) and Bicester Village.
- Work Hubs: Easy access to Oxford Science Park, Begbroke Science Park, and the A34/M40.

Local Amenities
- Food & Convenience: within a 2 minute walk you have a: Sainsbury’s Superstore, several convenience stores, post-office, barbers, Fish & Chip shop, Chinese takeaways and a brilliant Bakery/Coffee shop. Summertown is also a 5 minute drive away.
- For Fitness: Gosford Leisure Centre a short walk away or there many other gyms to choose from close-by in Summertown. There are also many fields, parks and canals nearby too.

About me: I’m a 33 year old-male, originally grew-up in Oxford and recently moved back to the city. I work for an AI company in London and travel there a few times a week; the rest of the time, I work from home. I like to spend my free time travelling, going to the gym, swimming, playing volleyball/basketball, and being with friends and family.
