Spacious double room in Kidlington

Spacious double room in a large house in Kidlington. We are looking for someone to move in early September. There are two of us living here already, the house is 30s away from the 2A, 700 and 2 bus stop and opposite the Kidlington high street (about 7 min walk) so easy access to supermarkets. We have a nice garden, parking space, spacious living room and plenty of storage space! The kitchen has a big fridge and a double oven and we also have a garage we generally use for storage. We have a spare room used as office space or if guests come over, it can also be available for WFH as one of us is now full time in office.
We are friendly, tidy housemates and both work in tech. We respect each others space but like doing social activities together like watching films, pizza night or karaoke at the local pub!
We are renting the house unfurnished but already have what we need for the kitchen and living room so it would just be the bedroom that needs furnishing. We do have a spare single mattress that you'd be free to use if you wanted.
