A Single Bedroom and A Shared Bathroom ONLY!

Pls read my ad carefully before replying.
I have been a superhost on Airbnb for a long and some of my guests decided to stay in our place even when I have no availability on Airbnb. This is the idea behind renting this single room with access ONLY to a shared bathroom.
There is no access to any other communal areas-living room, garden, kitchen,...-, whatsoever.
There is no access to any kitchen for any purposes, including washing the dishes. You need to use the bathroom for that purpose.. However, there is a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and some dishes inside the room for your convenience to warm up the food or to make tea/coffee.
The rent is £25 per night.
This room is NOT available for the whole week or as a regular monthly basis. It is available only for a couple of nights per week.
It suits those who work from home and need to be in the job place just two-three days, or work or study part time in Oxford area.
Fast speed broadband and off street parking are included in the price.
I need a sort of reference before booking you in.
So, pls don’t apply if you are just a visitor or a tourist or you need a place for one night staying.
This is a place for people who need a room on a regular weekly basis. The room is only available to professionals or students with some sorts of registered IDs, documents or reference letters.
This is a very safe place and I do my best to keep/upkeep the safety of the occupants, so please if you don't have registered IDs or reliable referee, kindly don't apply.
