Newly furnished double room available in quiet cul de sac. The room is at the front of the house. Double bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and desk (optional). Shared bathroom. New carpets and wooden flooring throughout house; clean and tidy.

I'm looking for a considerate, tidy and easy going housemate who is also environmentally aware like me i. e. puts a jumper on instead of whacking up heating (although I do like a cosy warm home), turns off lights leaving rooms, doesn't use the washing machine with a half load etc etc!!

I like housemates to clean up after themselves but I also do my fair share of housework as live in landlord.

Off road parking available and lockable shed for bikes etc.

Close to all amenities in Kidlington - bus stop 1 minute from house.
