Furnished single room available + nice housemates!

We have a single room available in our lovely house. The room is clean and furnished. Although it is a single room, we have a large kitchen and large living room. Parking is also available. The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside table.

The house has good transport links in and around Oxford. There is a frequent bus service and easy access to the A44, A40 and A34.

We are looking for a tenant who is clean, respectful and friendly. Someone who would be expecting to stay in the Oxford area for a long period of time would be ideal. Short term lets are not accepted. References would be lovely!

I am hoping to find a friendly tenant after some poor experiences.
