Easy-Going House With a Room to Fill

We are an easy-going group of guys sharing a house in Kidlington. I am moving out and looking for someone to take my place. The guys here are looking for a relaxed type of individual who is tidy and sociable. If you like films, TV and cooking that is plus.

The house is in a quiet cup-de-sac, has a garden and patio, shared living-room and connected dining room, plenty of shared space. Garden shed and garage if you need storage for a bike. Two parking spaces and plenty of on-road parking.

We are close to local shops, a short bus-ride into Oxford centre and near to the A34. This house would be good for anyone needing to commute into Oxford or to Oxford Airport on a regular basis.

The vacant room is large enough for a double bed and a few other bits, but it rented unfurnished. It is the smallest of the bunch but whoever takes it is given first refusal of any bedroom that becomes available when another tenant moves out. There is plenty of space around the house for storage and other things so if you have a lot of stuff we can always find a home for it.
