The living room/dining room/kitchen is one big open space upstairs with patio doors to the balcony. The kitchen has a gas hob and integrated appliances including fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

To share with professional female in late-twenties/early thirties, looking for a clean and tidy flatmate as my current flatmate is moving to Cambridge. I like reading, running, watching movies and drinking lots of tea!

Rent is £612. 50 per month, not including bills, which are approx. £150 a month (including Wi-Fi). I rent through an agency so a deposit and fees apply.
