Very easy access with frequent buses to oxford and Bicester village and Kidlington airport. Parkway train station to London is 15 minutes walks .

I am a very friendly tidy and clean single lady living with my 13 years old daughter.

There is no smoking in the house but you are free to smoke outside or in the garden.
There is one large shared bathroom and toilet between 3 people.
There is high speed wifi internet and one off street parking space. The house has cctv and alarm security system and also a very large mature garden with pond and extra outdoor storage room.
I also have two chihuahua dogs. A male and a female. Rarely they will bark as normal.

I need one month deposit upfront and one month rent in advance. So it would be £700 in total and i need one month notice if you decide to move out.
