Room new build house! Oxford area

Hello! We have a very nice double room available around the end of July/early August. The house is a new build from 2016, with 4 double bedrooms, 1 small storage room, 3 bathrooms, an additional toilet downstairs, a TV room, a large kitchen and massive garden with a patio and a bbq :)

Situated on the 1st floor, the room is an ensuite so you will have your own bathroom with shower & toilet. As per the pictures, there is space for a king size double bed and wardrobe on top of the built-in closet.

The location is very practical: a short walk to Sainsbury's, a bus stop right in front of the house with direct connections to Oxford city centre, hospitals etc. There is easy access to the dual carriageway which takes you out of Oxford or onto the ring road; Oxford Parkway rail station is very close too. There is a gym & leisure centre right behind the house.

We are 3 professionals who enjoy cooking, chatting & socialising at the house and in Oxford. We are also very conscious of each other's privacy and like to keep the house nice & tidy for everyone to enjoy. We like a variety of sports, music, a glass of wine every now and then, a bit of horticulture too! We are sad one of ours is moving out to go abroad, but we hope to find a new housemate just as lovely!

Appliances in the house include washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fast fibre optic internet connection, etc. We have a large driveway and overnight parking on the street right in front of the house as well.

The minimum stay is 6 months. There is a little bit of flexibility with the moving date - to be discussed. The room comes unfurnished but the wardrobe and double bed could be yours would you be interested.
