- There is parking outside in front for a car
- There is a large garden in the back you are free to use
- A 7 minute walk to the nearest bus stop that can get you to town within 10-12 minutes. There is also a large Sainsbury's for shopping
- The bus follows a bus lane straight to summertown and town, so you don't get stuck in traffic in the mornings or evenings.
- The new Oxford Parkway railway station is just a 15-20 minute walk
