Furnished single room to let in Kidlington

I have a single room to rent in a shared house in Kidlington, sharing with me and one other sharer.

The paintwork, furniture and carpet is all in great condition. Furniture included is a single divan bed, mattress, wardrobe, chair, bookcase, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

Edit: By the way, I've been told a couple of times that the room is bigger than the photo lets on. I guess it's difficult to fit the whole thing in the picture, but it does extend a bit out of shot to the right, where the wardrobe and bookcase is.

The house is clean and tidy and has all the usual amenities included - kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, oven, microwave. There is also a nice well kept garden.

The price of £420 per calendar month is inclusive of all bills including fast WiFi. Rent is payable a month in advance.

The house is about a 1 minute walk from the bus stop where buses regularly go back and forth from Oxford. There are also plenty of shops and banks, etc, in Kidlington, within easy walking distance.

Kidlington is also a great location being near the new Oxford Parkway railway station.

If you are looking for a room fairly quickly, would be willing to pitch in with keeping the place clean and tidy and aren't into much late night partying (it's quite a quiet house these days), then please do get in touch.
