Room for rent in the lovely village of Southmoor about a 10 minute drive from Abingdon and 20 min drive from Oxford.

Southmoor is a nice quiet village with local amenities such as a shop, hairdresser, cafe and a pub. Great transport links between Oxford and Swindon as well as Witney and Abingdon.
There are also pleasant walking routes located around the village.
The property is located just a 10 minute walk from the nearest bus stop.

Parking is available in the area with plenty of on street parking. The property also features a spacious garden with a patio area.

Shared usage of kitchen, dining room and a large bathroom.

The double bedroom to rent is equipped with all essentials including a double bed, bed side cabinet, wardrobe, dressing table, tv (with a Sky Q mini box) and a tv cabinet.

Currently living at the property is myself Owen (26M), my girlfriend Chelsea (29F) and my younger brother Lewis (22M)
I have a job Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 with Chelsea working similar hours. Whilst Lewis works shifts.
Me and Chelsea enjoy most of our time at home, cooking, watching tv or popping down to our local for a drink and bite to eat. My brother Lewis spends a lot of time in his room gaming and watching tv, he also spends a majority of time at my Dads so isn’t always around.

We also have 3 very friendly cats in the household who will make you feel very welcomed and treat you as one of their own. Their names are Missy, Alice and Cuthbert.

We are looking for a quiet and respectful person to join our friendly household for a period of time. Feel free to come and go as you please. Either spend time in your room or even feel free to join us in the living room. Treat the house as your home.
