Double room with optional office room

I have a newly refurbished double room with an optional office in a very comfortable, quiet and warm 3 bed semi detached house to share with my dog and I. I can furnish to your specifications- my previous lodger had her own furniture hence the rooms look empty. The house has two bathrooms, large modern kitchen and an open plan living room. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and a drier, garage and a garden. It will suit a person who is reliable and trustworthy, and in need of a quiet comfortable accommodation. It is not suitable for couples, visitors or for use as business premises. The house is in a secure location with a neighbourhood watch and CCTV cameras. It is a five minutes walk to bus stops taking you to Oxford, Abingdon and Witney. I am flexible with the length of tenancy, whether full week or Mo-Fri only, and will consider pets. I will accept £800 for the double room ( £700 if Mo-Fri), and £1000 if an office is required. I would prefer single females, and the references are compulsory. It will suits a person who likes countryside living and comes home to a relax and recuperate after a very busy day at work.
