MONDAY to FRIDAY let only bright and airy small double or large single room in family home in a quiet village called Southmoor.(10 Miles from Oxford City centre and 6 Miles from Abingdon. Room would suit somebody who working in the area Monday to Friday and traveling home every weekend. (PLEASE read above carefully before expressing your interest or trying contact me etc)

Facilities include smart TV, single bed, broadband, parking, garden, shared lounge, garden with seating area, kitchen with gas hob and electric cooker, plenty of freezer space and fridge space, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Small local super market. Direct bus to Oxford, Abingdon and Witney. We are a friendly couple who have a 3 bedroom 1960's semi detached property in VERY quiet area. We are renting the spare room as it just sits empty all year round. We have a young very friendly springer spaniel.
