The property is owned and occupied by Pete & Karen Osman; both are retired. Their interests include tennis, golf and music. Both play in the Reading Scottish Pipe Band, Pete also plays in Wantage Silver Band and Wantage Big Band.

Southmoor has good bus services (Oxford-Swindon Route S6); (Witney-Abingdon Route S5)

The bedroom is part of a loft conversion which also includes office space; an office desk is available for use as is WIFI internet connection via SKY Broadband.. The room has 1 double bed, side tables with built in drawers and wardrobe. You have use of the bathroom on the first floor. Use of the Kitchen and Utility facilities are also available subject to discussion.

On-drive parking is available outside the house in this quiet cul-de-sac.
