Room in character cottage with private bathroom

I’m moving into my cosy character cottage at the beginning of April and will take a couple of weeks to settle in. I have 2 spare double rooms to rent, each has a bathroom for sole use of each lodger, one is en-suite.

There is a further single bedroom available at extra charge if one of the lodgers wants to use it as an office for working from home or for storage.

The household will be friendly and welcoming with people who are busy working or studying and are happy to relax and be social with others in the house, or keep to themselves if they need space at times, no expectations.

As a single woman I would prefer to live with female lodgers.

A car is preferable although there are a few buses a day into Oxford. Parking is free on street.
