Room in a friendly house in country village

I have a 3 bedroom house in the lovely village of Kirtlington. Kirtlington is a village situated about 5 miles (a ten minute drive) from Bicester and Kidlington.
It is a spacious house with a bathroom upstairs along with the bedrooms, downstairs is the kitchen, living room, toilet and conservatory. The garage attaches onto the house which is handy and doubles as a utility room. There is parking at the house and a front and back garden. Kirtlington is a nice friendly village with a shop, hotel and pub.
I am a friendly sociable person who works quite a bit but am happy to chill out at home in the evenings or head out to the pub for a meal or a couple of drinks. I also enjoy a variety of sports. I have a friendly Labrador who shares the house too so obviously an animal friendly person please. I am looking for an easy going friendly person to share the house with.
