Double Sunny garden room

We have available what is almost a flat, as it is a fully furnished and equipped double room (for single occupancy) .The accomodation which catches the afternoon and evening sun, is in our converted stables and includes an ajoining kitchen for your sole use. It is equipped with a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, kettle, toaster, small electric oven and gas hob etc.. The shower room and toilet room are accessed from the kitchen, they are usually for your sole use but may very occasionally be shared. A washing machine and tumbler dryer are also available. Outside is a garden area with wonderful views of the Oxford Canal and passing boats. This can even be seen as you lie in bed! There is parking for one vehicle. We are down a bumpy country lane but at least it is very peaceful. We are about 5 or 6 miles from Kidlington, Bicester and Woodstock. Wifi is included but it isn't always the fastest! It would suit someone who likes peace, birdsong and the countryside. We have two little dogs, some cage birds, a horse , chickens and a flock of Doves. The rent includes a fair use of electricity and gas. We ask for a modest contribution ( 1.50 ) for using the tumbler dryer. A clothes line is available outside. The tenancy is available until the end of March 2017
