This is a refurbished and extended 5 bedroom house in a quiet residential area. Currently available is one light refurbished double bedroom. The studio/flat is currently taken. No couples please! This is ideal for people working at the Oxford Science Park.

There are a few small local shops (e. g. Off-license, Post office, Polish shop), bigger shops are within a 5-10 minute bike ride away (Sainsbury's, Tesco, Boots, M&S, Co-operative and Lidl). The Kassam stadium, gym, cinema etc. is also just a 5 minute walk away, Temple Cowley and Florence Park is around 10 min by bike.

The person renting the double bedroom (£700 inclusive bills) will be sharing the living/dining area and sometimes the bathroom. The double bedroom comes furnished, with a comfortable double bed (under bed storage), bed side table with lights, a big desk with lights and a big built-in wardrobe. No soft furnishings are supplied!

This is a clean and tidy house and will suit a mature student or professional. The person who is interested will like a clean and tidy atmosphere and pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and be considerate and respectful towards people and the environment they are in. As there is no cleaner attending the house, this will be the responsibility of people living in the house and done on a weekly basis. References will be required.

There are a number of busses passing through Littlemore (No. 3A, 5A, 45, X40) There is a bus stop (no 5A) opposite the house taking you directly to the city centre. There are bus stops along the way that connect and take you to other routes in Oxford. e. g. Headington, J. R Hospital. or Abingdon If you like cycling then it is a 15-20 minute cycle ride from the house to the city centre, along the road or river.

Please note, all bills are included (internet, council tax, electricity, water). Rent will be reviewed annually (considering water, gas and electricity usage).
