Large double room in a quiet, calm, sunny house.

I live here as a live-in landlord with my boyfriend. We have a dog.

The house is modern and has all furnishings that you need. Past tenants have added a desk to work from home. The wifi is very good and a bus-stop into Oxford city centre is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. Being on the ring-road it's also good for driving to work.

Obviously we want to keep the house in great nick but I also like doing a lot of activities so I know it's a balance. It's a modern and warm house (because I need to be defrosted in winter) with a medium contained garden. We have three parking spaces out the front with a garage for bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one main bathroom, another toilet, a garden, working fireplace, a garage, faces south and bills are included in the cost. I can send you a picture of the bedroom. It is a large double with storage space. The interior furnishing (sofas) has changed slightly since those photos.

Living with me: I'm friendly, relaxed, and chill. I keep the house tidy and clean and I expect the same from people I live with. I studied Psychology up in Scotland, and I'm now working as a Project Manager planting trees across the UK.

We'd get on if you have outdoor interests, you're easy going, tidy, minimalistic, like a good charity shop, fancy a pub night, like cooking/eating, active, into board games/quizzes. Bonus points to scuba divers, travellers, climbers, cyclists, and crafty people.

Please note that we have a dog - a young, fun, Rhodesian Ridgeback who lives in the house. He is only allowed downstairs and he's a very good boy.
