Must work out of house 9-5pm, no home working or late/shift work.

One shared bathroom in house.

The house has a long, attractive garden with a large vegetable patch at the end with plenty of space for anyone keen to grow their own!


There is no parking at the house but there is sreet parking a 3 minute walk away. Secure bike shed so could suit a cyclist.
The house is just off the Rose hill roundabout, it's an 8 minute walk to Sainsburys and close to local bus roots.

There is a friendly two year old boy in the household.
