Brand new Littlemore flat

Hello,
I have a spare room in a brand new flat in Littlemore which will be available to move into from mid - late January. The flat is currently being built so will be brand new when you move in! I’m looking to live with someone relaxed, respectful of the house and up for pub trips and takeaways. The flat has a balcony and will eventually have access to an allotment which you are welcome to use. If this sounds like a good fit for you then message me and I will send you some pictures of the development and talk through costs. Post grads are welcome but will need to contribute to council tax! The development has really great access to the science park and is just a 15 minute bus or cycle to the city centre.
