Spacious Double Bedroom Flat/Apartment (Furnished)

Greetings!

I'm looking for a new Flatmate for my spare double room which is available from Sunday 3rd November.

I've lived in the area for the last 6 years and have owned this place for the last 5 years. My neighbours are lovely! The property has great bus travel links. There are numerous supermarkets very nearby (M&S, Lidl, Aldi, Sainsburys, Tesco, Food Warehouse) & gyms (David Lloyd, Fusion & The Gym) and some lovely walking routes towards Shotover, Toot Baldon & Garsington.

I work as a Consultant in the Automotive Industry. I am a very relaxed and hard working individual who totally respects someone's space. I will always do everything possible to support anything you may need help with especially if you don't have your own car.

I would like someone who is respectful and tidy. I enjoy socialising and going for food/drink and different types of events from time to time. I also enjoy hiking, gym classes, cycling and swimming.

You have full reign of the Flat as if it was your own place. You will also have full use of virtually everything I have.
The room itself is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, a chest of drawers and two very large wardrobes with lots of storage space.

There are two bathrooms, but only one with a shower/bath which is the shared bathroom. I've listed this as en suite as the second bathrooms (toilet & sink) will basically be completely yours and is next to your bedroom. The property is fully furnished and I also have a spacious communal living room with a TV licence, Ultrafast Broadband & PS5.
I also have all the usual appliances including a dishwasher, coffee machine, milk frother, air fryer and soda stream.

There are two guest parking spaces that are usually available (in a locked and secure compound), but there is always available free street parking across the road too.

I will provide all the basic essentials such as toilet roll, kitchen towels, handsoap, house cleaning products and bin bags.
