£600pcm Large room in Littlemore

Hello! I'm moving out of my room here in Littlemore and need to find a new tenant to replace me.

The house is in a good location, close to Cowley (which has great pubs and cafes), the Templar's square shopping centre, and the Oxford Science Park. You'll be sharing with 4 other guys and one girl - we're all mid-20s professionals and would ideally like another professional (although postgrad students will be considered). We're a social house and like going to the pub together every now and then, as well as doing a BBQ in the summer!

The room is quite big, with a king size bed, as well as a chest of drawers and lots of storage space. There's two shared bathrooms and one shared kitchen, as well a decently sized garden and parking spaces in the drive and on the road. Rent is £600pcm, and bills are around £90pcm (including council tax and a cleaner who comes in once a month).
