Single Room in clean and friendly household

4 bedroom house. Very well kept. Good facilities. I am a helpful landlady who does the main cleaning, (although your are expected to clear up after yourself including kitchen and bathroom. I will do your washing if required. We do have dogs who are extremely friendly. They are show dogs and have their own rooms and do not have free roam of the house. Your room is your privacy I would however like the room kept clean and tidy and will be happy to vacuum providing the floor is clear. I have a lounge/diner which I am happy for you to use. I would prefer tenants who are working or studying across sociable hours. Bills included. Desk available if required.
