Bright double room in 2 bed house in Littlemore

Hiya! I'm looking for a new housemate to move into my 2 bed house in Temple Cowley/Littlemore, OX4. The room is available for a short term let from August - October with a potential to extend beyond that if it works well for everyone.

The room is a comfortable double with a wardrobe, drawers and a small desk, and is south facing so gets plenty of sunshine, and shares the downstairs bathroom/toilet. The house is bright and has plenty of space for two including an open plan kitchen/living area and separate living room, and gardens front and back.

You'd be sharing with me; I use he/him pronouns, I'm in my mid 30s with links to the university, friendly and easy going and will look forward to getting to know someone new! Equally happy to do my own thing and let you do yours. I'm active and fairly sporty, and like getting outdoors. Would be up for sharing meals sometimes but won't force you 🙂
