Bright double room in 2 bed house in Littlemore

Hiya! I'm looking for a new housemate to move into my 2 bed house in Temple Cowley/Littlemore, OX4. The room is available now through into early in the new year.

The room is a comfortable double with a wardrobe, drawers and a small desk, and is south facing so gets plenty of sunshine, and shares the downstairs bathroom/toilet. The house is bright and has plenty of space for two including an open plan kitchen/living area and separate living room, and gardens front and back.

You'd be sharing with me, Matt. I'm in my late 30s with links to the university, friendly and easy going and will look forward to getting to know someone new! Equally happy to do my own thing and let you do yours. I'm active and fairly sporty, and like getting outdoors. Would be up for sharing meals sometimes but won't force you 🙂.

I work part of my time from home but don't usually work in the common areas, and I'm away fairly regularly so there would be some stretches where you'd have the place to yourself. I'm clean and tidy and take care of the space, and it's be great if you were happy to do the same.
