2 rooms to let in 4 bed house - Landlady lives in.

4 bed house Landlady & 2 female guests once suitable people have been found. The house is kept very clean and tidy. Yes we have a few house rules which benefit us all. I also have 4 dogs, they have their own rooms & do not have the run of the house and are super friendly. They are pets and show dogs so extremely well kept. I like guests to treat the house as their home. I do the general cleaning however I do ask that you clean up after yourself when using the bathroom or kitchen, Please use the lounge TV, Netflix, & other channels available as well as comfy chairs.
