2 rooms to let in 4 bed house - Landlady lives in.

4 bed house Landlady & 1 female guest. The house is kept very clean and tidy. Yes we have a few small house rules which benefit us all. I also have 3 dogs, they have their own rooms & do not have the run of the house and are super friendly. They are pets and show dogs so extremely well kept. I like guests to treat the house as their home. I do the general cleaning however I do ask that you clean up after yourself when using the bathroom or kitchen and keep on top of your own room.
Please use the lounge TV, Netflix, & other channels available as well as comfy chairs.
The house is newly refurbed with modern kitchen which includes use of cooker, air fryer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher etc.
