1 room in brand new apartments

We are young family of two - Yuliia (Ukrainian, 34 years old) and Carmelo (Italian, 42 years old). We still engaged and we are planning our wedding in 2025. 2 years ago we bought this amazing flat by the beautiful river side and really close to the city centre (10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bus). It is 3-rd floor. Very secure place. Bus stop in 5 minutes from house. Big supermarket- 10- 15 minutes walk. Outside we have place for running or bicycling. Also we have storage for bicycle. Also I wanna mention that we have separate shower and toilet for you.
I am very artistic person I like painting portraits and do some handmade. Also I really big fan of cooking. So if you have same interests will be great. My fiancé has two jobs, so he is very rear at home. His hobby is a gym.
We would like to see someone who is really calm and passionate with study. Someone who will be at home not later than 12.00 in the night. We both working and sometimes coming home late, but we prefer go to sleep before midnight. It is very important for us.
