Room availible from May to the end of August

My flatmate is moving out at the end of April but the contract ends at the end of August. I'm looking for someone to take his room for as much of the time as possible.

The flat is located in Littlemore just outside the ring road. We rend the bottom flat of a two story building and so have access to a front and back garden. We also have a very spacious living room/dining room and quite a big kitchen. There is parking on the street, but it is fairly easy to get a parking permit, and the house is in a good location if you need to get to the Harwell campus.

I work for the university and would like to share with another professional or a PhD/visiting student. Please message me if you have any more questions or would like more photos.
