Spacious double room in a quiet area (fr3 parking)

Have been letting out this room for about a year and previous renter had to leave... so it's available again!

The room comes with:
1. A comfy double bed - with sheets and pillow cases (if you want them - see blue + red covers in the photo).
2. A Vanity sink + mirror + cupboard - with soap if you want that.
3. A towel rail - big enough for two large towels.
4. A chest of drawers.
5. A wardrobe + mirror.
There is also a bedside table, a table, and two lamps, and room for a desk (though there are other spaced on the house you can work in).

The rest of the house has all mod cons: central heating, washing machine, drying machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, dining space, a back and front garden (with roses), as well as a shower / washroom upstairs and fire alarms.
Got a TV but don't use it a lot.

Having been a tenant / lodger for 12 years: I run a peaceful place and am generally easygoing. There is an existing lodger (male) in the other room, and I live in the house, though mostly keep to ourselves.

Oh, and there's free parking in the street (rare for Oxford) and a garage where you can put a bike.
