The house: you’ll be sharing with one 30-year-old male. I am a PhD student and working professional, so it’s a clean and quiet household. Features a large and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable shared living room with a large TV, and a backyard with a firepit.

Location & transport: Located in Littlemore, Oxford (OX4 4ZD), the 3A bus stops directly outside and will bring you to the city centre in 17 minutes (it's also a 15-minute cycle into the city), and a 5-minute walk to the large Sainsbury's grocery store.

Rent: £790 everything included (all bills, WiFi, council tax)

Ideal for: visiting researchers, postgraduates, professionals needing a short-term base in Oxford
