💷 Budget: 1000 £pcm inclusive gas electricity council tax water (All bills would be split in half between us)

• Male, aged 25–45

• Works in any permanent fulltime job (preferred)

• Tidy, respectful and easy to live with

• Comfortable with south asian cooking in the kitchen

• No couples please
