Large semi-detached house on the Cowley/Littlemore border. Less than 3 miles from central Oxford. Close to major bus routes, 15 minutes cycle from town. On street parking. Large kitchen/dinner, large lounge, upstairs bathroom/shower room and second toilet/shower downstairs. Fast broadband. Short walk from Cowley business park and Cowley centre. Space for bike storage available.
I am looking for someone clean, friendly and independent. I like sharing a house but when I am home I am generally looking for quiet time, so may have a quick chat but we all get on with our own thing. I work just under full time hours at the University in an administrative role. I have one other lodger who is also mid week.
If you only need it for 4 nights, cost would be £530. For 3 nights cost would be £500. For 2 nights cost would be £480.
